Use the transaction hash, network, address, memo and confirmation count to locate a missing Binance crypto deposit.

Do not send the transfer again yet. A missing Binance deposit usually falls into one of four stages: the sender has not broadcast it, the blockchain lacks confirmations, the deposit details do not match, or Binance has not finished crediting a confirmed transfer.

1. Find the real TXID
The transaction ID or hash is the key blockchain record.
- No TXID: the sending platform may still be reviewing or queueing the withdrawal.
- TXID not found in an explorer: it may not be broadcast or the value is wrong.
- TXID shows success: continue with network, address and confirmation checks.
An internal order number is not necessarily a blockchain TXID.
2. Match four deposit details

Similar address formats do not prove network compatibility. If the network is wrong, save the TXID and records; do not send a second “verification” transfer.
3. Compare current and required confirmations
Explorer “Success” means inclusion on-chain. Binance can require more confirmations before crediting. If the page shows 3/12 confirmations, waiting is still the correct action.
4. Check minimum and token contract
A transfer below the displayed minimum may not credit automatically. For tokens, verify the contract address as well as the ticker; duplicate names can represent unrelated assets.
When to request deposit recovery
Escalate through signed-in official support when:
- The TXID is successful on the explorer.
- Required confirmations are complete.
- The destination belongs to your Binance account.
- The displayed processing window has passed.
Prepare the asset, amount, network, TXID, address, sending platform and time. Wrong-network, missing-memo and below-minimum recovery may be unavailable or carry a fee.
Never give a private-message “agent” your password, verification code or remote access, and never send another payment to a “verification address.”
