Binance Withdrawal Pending? Status, Review and Arrival Checks
The fastest way to diagnose a withdrawal is to identify its status and TXID. Before broadcast, Binance is the relevant party. After broadcast, check confirmations. When the chain is complete but the destination has not credited it, contact the receiving platform.

Read the status first

Five checks for a long Pending status
- Was email, SMS or authenticator confirmation completed?
- Was the password, 2FA or device recently changed?
- Is the address new or subject to a whitelist delay?
- Does the account request extra KYC or a security review?
- Is the selected network under maintenance?
Repeatedly cancelling and resubmitting can make diagnosis harder.
Completed but not received
Open the TXID in the matching explorer:
- Not found: confirm it is a blockchain TXID, not an order number.
- Confirmations incomplete: wait for the network.
- Confirmations complete: send the TXID, network, asset, amount, address and memo to the receiving platform.
- Wrong address/network: save evidence and ask the receiver whether recovery is supported.
After the chain confirms, Binance generally cannot credit the receiving platform on its behalf.
Security review is not always an account freeze
New devices, unusual logins, security-setting changes and unusual withdrawal patterns can trigger a temporary review. Follow only signed-in account prompts. Search ads and direct messages promising instant “unlocking” are common scam routes.
Before contacting support, collect the withdrawal order number, TXID, asset, network, amount, time, destination, Memo/Tag and status screenshot. See Binance's deposit and withdrawal overview.
⚠️ A request for an “unlock fee,” a verification code or payment to a private address is a major warning sign.
